The whistling of the turbine, the blades that cut through the air ... on board ... as you go up everything gets smaller. From the cabin, the view widens more and more. In a short time you are on that mountain that seemed so far away few minutes before. All around is white, untouched ... All this is Heliski.
The Monte Rosa area is well suited to the practice of this activity; thanks to the use of the helicopter, the high hills of Monte Rosa between Italy and Switzerland can easily be reached, often at altitudes higher than 4000 meters: incredible descents both to Italy and to Switzerland with thousands of meters in altitude through large glaciers, surrounded by some of the most famous peaks of the Alps. When, at the top, the wind or bad weather prevent you from flying, it is always possible to land at lower altitudes and ski immersed in a wild and uncontaminated nature.
Together with the Mountain Guide, you will agree the best itineraries: : from the isolated and wild areas of high Valsesia to the glaciers of Monte Rosa. Taking into account the weather and snow conditions, we will try to get the most fun and satisfaction out of your heliski day!
